About Us
Peter Gale (B.Com/M.Com) is a licensed real estate salesperson ('Licensee' under the REAA 2008) - and is an independent contractor to Otago Commercial Real Estate Ltd (MREINZ, licensed under REAA 2008) trading as Colliers International (NZ) - specialising in property based investments - including commercial, commercial syndicate and university investment opportunities. Peter comes from a strong background in both marketing and investment. He lectured in Marketing at Otago University, after graduating several years earlier as top Commerce student. He has also held senior management positions with several high profile organisations, including Motor Trade Finances, Fisher & Paykel, and House of Travel. In recent years he ran his own consultancy business, before becoming more actively involved in his passion – investment property.
